QUALIFIED CUSTOMERS

Patients who have been approved by our office may become qualified customers of the online store.  We do not sell to the general public.  Items are stocked for the benefit and convenience of our patients, who do not have other options for buying the specialized goods we make available.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT A PATIENT.  THE ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED BUT YOUR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION MAY BE.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the Internet.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of container required. Please be assured that your items will ship out within three business days of purchase.  We use United States Postal Service (USPS) as our carrier.  USPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
